Having such a major player in Amazon gives you a lot of opportunities. It goes well-beyond just eComm (although it’s mostly about eComm) and into every conceivable niche for audience, product segment and of course plaform. I had the opportunity to touch nearly every part of the work we did across a dozen business units. Most important for me was digging in deeply with each client from the start and making sure they knew we’d always be in it together.
As usual our approach was based on digital and performance marketing expertise. Pitching new channel ideas and media opportunities, adding capabilities in motion design, and understanding of just the right way to test and iterate spoke their language. Amazing, smart and absolutely kind people work there, so that makes it pretty easy to dig in every day.
