I led global brand and creative and for the most iconic of all car sharing brands in Zipcar. Here’s a little look at what a completely in-house team can accomplish – leading a spirited team I drove creative expressions that included all brand campaigns, content+social presence, value proposition and product/UX work. Lot’s of DIY and a scrappy mindset allowed us to keep the brand voice scalable.
Revenue increased 4% from $263M to $274M (despite competitive challenges plus a seriously lowered marketing investment) and new members up 12% to top the 1-million mark. Awards you ask? Well, more than our fair share including Tellys, GD USA, Rebrand Showcase, Hatch, NewsCred, Selligent, and many others.
